Confirmation:

• You will receive a confirmation of your booking's availability within 1 minute of the booking time.
• Most bookings are auto-confirmed, and we will send you the voucher via email.
  • Auto Pre-Paid Booking: Any auto pre-paid booking is automatically confirmed when you pay through our payment gateway system.
  • Partial Payment: All bookings with partial payments are non-refundable and confirmed automatically.
  • Pay Later Booking: Any booking where you have selected to pay later is not confirmed unless you provide us with your room number and hotel check-in information.
