• For private tours, all pick-up points are already mentioned in the itinerary.

Additional Information

• Tours are available almost every day. In case of urgency or cancellation, we will inform you at least 12 hours before tour time. Our Customer Service Representative may suggest another day or provide a refund.
• This tour is available in English. For private tours, other languages such as Chinese, Japanese, and Korean can be arranged. Please specify your preference when booking.
• Please wait in the hotel lobby 15 minutes before the pick-up time stated on your voucher.
• If you arrive late, your booking may be re-scheduled (subject to availability). If not, it will be considered a no-show and charged 100%.
• Drivers may arrive 15–45 minutes late due to traffic or unforeseen delays.
• You do not need a printed voucher—simply show your mobile voucher or booking confirmation to the guide.
• Tour times may be affected by factors such as weather, maintenance, or safety requirements.
• Sun Leisure World reserves the right to cancel any booking due to bad weather conditions or natural disasters.
